Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Prezi Prep ("we", "us", "our"), operating from the Republic of Uzbekistan, concerning your use of the Prezi Prep web application, the Prezi Prep Telegram Mini App and bot, and any related services (together, the "Services").

By opening the Services, creating an account or tapping "Start" in the bot, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Parents and guardians. The Services are built for children preparing for entrance examinations. If the learner is under 18, these Terms are accepted by their parent or legal guardian, who creates the account, shares the phone number and is responsible for the learner's use of the Services. Wherever these Terms say "you", they mean the parent or guardian as well as the learner.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Material changes will be announced in the app or through the bot before they take effect, and continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

Prezi Prep is a practice platform: tests and questions with explanations, progress tracking, and rewards that encourage regular study. Some parts are free; others are available on a paid plan (see section 4).

Prezi Prep is an independent study aid. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any Presidential school, specialised school, the Agency of Presidential Educational Institutions, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, or any other state body. Our tests are practice material. Using the Services does not guarantee admission to any school or any particular exam result.

The Services are provided in Uzbek, Russian and English and are intended for use in Uzbekistan. We make no representation that they are appropriate or available elsewhere.

• An account is created by signing in with a Telegram account and completing registration in our bot, which includes sharing a phone number. You need a Telegram account that you are entitled to use under Telegram's own terms.
• If the learner is under 18, the account must be created and the phone number shared by a parent or legal guardian. By doing so, the parent or guardian consents to the learner using the Services and to the processing of the learner's data described in the Privacy Policy.
• You agree to provide accurate information — a real name, your own phone number — and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, and for keeping your Telegram account secure. Tell us immediately through @PreziPrepBot if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• One learner, one account. Creating several accounts to collect extra rewards is not allowed.

The Services have one free plan and two paid plans, Pro and Premium. A paid plan gives the account more practice for 30 days. What each plan includes:

Days are counted by Tashkent time, and the weekly limit on full mocks starts again every Monday. Every test started counts towards its limit, retakes included, and still counts if it is left unfinished: after three hours an unfinished test is closed without a result, and its place in the limit is not given back. Reviewing English words already learned is never limited.

How payment works

• Payment is made on the payment page of Click (CLICK LLC), a licensed payment organisation in the Republic of Uzbekistan, which the app opens for you. Your card details are entered on Click's side; we never see or store them.
• Prices are in Uzbekistani so'm and include any applicable taxes. The exact amount is shown on Click's page before you confirm it.
• If you hold a discount voucher bought with coins (see Points, coins and rewards), it is taken off the price automatically and is used up by that payment.
• We keep a record of each payment — plan, amount, voucher, status, time and Click's transaction reference — as described in the Privacy Policy.

Activation and duration

• The plan switches on as soon as Click confirms the payment, normally within a minute, and the bot sends a confirmation.
• A plan lasts 30 days from the moment of payment. Paying again for the plan you already have adds 30 days to it. Buying a different plan starts that plan at once, for 30 days, in place of the current one.
• There is no automatic renewal. We never charge your card on our own. When the 30 days end, the account returns to the Free plan; results, points and coins are kept.
• We may change prices and plan contents. A change applies from the next purchase and never to a period already paid for.
• Where we grant a plan for free — as a trial, a reward or a correction — we may end it at any time.

Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: a plan simply ends after its 30 days. A plan is a digital service delivered in full the moment it is activated, so a payment is not refunded because you changed your mind or did not use the plan. We refund the payment in full when:

• you were charged twice for the same order;
• you were charged but the plan was not activated, and we cannot activate it within 24 hours of your request;
• the Services were unavailable for most of the paid period because of a fault on our side — in that case you may choose an extension instead.

To ask for a refund, write to us within 14 days of the payment — send /support to @PreziPrepBot or use the support page — and give the date, the amount and the phone number of the account. We answer within 3 working days. An approved refund goes back to the same card through Click; when it shows on the card depends on the bank, usually 3–10 working days.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the consumer protection law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Services award points (a rating) and coins for completed practice. They exist to encourage regular study.

• Points and coins have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Coins may be redeemable for discounts on paid plans, on the conditions we publish in the app. Which discounts are available, and for how many coins, is decided by us and may change.
• Rewards are calculated by our systems using rules we may adjust — for example, to keep them fair when a test is retaken. Retaking a test earns less than the first attempt.
• We may reduce, remove or reset points, coins or streaks that were obtained through bugs, automation, multiple accounts or other misuse.
• Points and coins are lost when the account is deleted or closed.

The Services and everything in them — questions, answer explanations, texts, graphics, the mascot, logos, design and software — are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your own (or your child's) study. You may not:

• copy, publish, sell, distribute or share test questions, answer keys or explanations, in whole or in part;
• scrape, crawl or extract data from the Services by automated means;
• modify, decompile or reverse-engineer any part of the Services;
• use our name, logo or mascot without written permission.

Trademarks, product names and school names that appear in the Services belong to their respective owners.

You agree to use the Services only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the law. In particular, you must not:

• use bots, scripts or other automated tools to take tests, submit answers or collect rewards;
• attempt to obtain correct answers by any means other than solving the questions;
• interfere with the Services, probe or test their security, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure;
• impersonate another person, or register with someone else's phone number;
• harass, threaten or harm other users or our staff;
• use the Services in any way that breaks applicable law.

Your answers, results and progress are stored so that the Services can work — show your history, calculate rewards, let a linked parent follow progress. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you agree that we may use them freely, without payment or attribution, to improve the Services.

• You may stop using the Services at any time, and you may ask us to delete the account through @PreziPrepBot or the contact page.
• We may suspend or terminate an account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, if the law requires it, or if the account is used in a way that harms other users or the Services.
• On termination your right to use the Services ends immediately and points and coins are forfeited. Sections that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law — continue to apply.
• If we terminate a paid plan without cause, we will refund the unused part of the period.

We are constantly improving the Services and may add, change or remove features, tests and content at any time. We may also suspend the Services for maintenance. We aim to give notice of planned interruptions but cannot promise that the Services will always be available or free of errors.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Services — including that they are accurate, complete, reliable or fit for a particular purpose. Practice material may contain mistakes; tell us through @PreziPrepBot and we will fix them.

Prezi Prep is a study aid. It does not replace school, a tutor or official preparation, and it does not guarantee admission to any school or any result in any examination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for losses, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

If you have a problem, contact us first through @PreziPrepBot — most issues are resolved quickly and informally. Any dispute that cannot be settled by negotiation will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If you are a consumer, nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer law or of the right to bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence.

• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan terms shown at purchase, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
• If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.
• Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours to a successor operator of the Services, and will tell you if we do.
• These Terms are published in Uzbek, Russian and English. If the versions differ, the Uzbek text prevails.
